Hi, I'm Erin!

10+ years of working as a professional nanny
Certified Sleep Consultant
Certified Baby Sign Language Educator
My journey began as a full-time professional nanny over 10 years ago, where I navigated every naptime hurdle imaginable across all age groups. Over time, the parents I worked for found themselves constantly coming to me for advice—or just to vent!—on how to help their children sleep better at night. Having mastered these daytime nap challenges firsthand, I realized I had the intuitive tools and strategies to truly rescue these sleep-deprived parents. I fell in love with helping exhausted parents find what worked for them and their family. I immediately began studying the science behind pediatric sleep. To further my impact and reach more families, I formalized my decade of hands-on experience by graduating from the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting certification program. Today, as a certified sleep and potty training consultant, I combine evidence-based science with real-world nanny experience to bring predictable routines and restored sanity back to your home.

My Philosophy!
My ultimate goal is to build long-term milestone confidence in your home, whether you are navigating sleep regressions or potty training hurdles. We will shift the habits that are no longer serving your family, replacing chaos with calm, predictable routines. No child has a flawless day every day, same as adults. I want to guide you to a point where a missed nap, a potty accident, or a minor schedule disruption no longer causes anxiety, because you will have the tools to get right back on track. Change can be challenging for little ones, and protesting, crying, or resistance is often part of the process.
Because I am a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, my approach focuses on guiding you through these transitions with empathy, consistency, and structure. We focus on:
Responsive Foundations:
Meeting your child's biological needs while helping them build independent sleep and potty skills.
Cooperative Boundaries:
Using respectful communication and loving, firm boundaries to navigate toddler bedtime resistance and potty power struggles.
Supportive Structure:
Providing you with a clear plan so you can confidently support your child through the tears and frustrations that come with learning something new.
Every child possesses a unique temperament, and every household runs differently. I take into account your child's age, developmental milestones, and personality, alongside your personal parenting style to provide custom sleep plans or the coaching you need to handle potty training!
